Embraer ERJ 135 – Business Aircraft Refurbishment

The Embraer ERJ 135 continues to prove its dominance in business class aviation.

Over the years, Embraer has become the 3rd largest commercial jet manufacturer and has delivered more than 8,000 airplanes. The Embraer ERJ family has made a name for itself as a versatile regional airliner. The ERJ 135 is a “durable, reliable and build specifically for lower demand markets, the ERJ 135 delivers high performance, high speed and excellent range capacity to open new routes.”

The Concept

Our customer was looking to freshen up the exterior and interior of their Embraer ERJ 135. The overall work scope consisted of:

•  Heavy maintenance including pre-purchase inspection
  o  Interior refurbishment
  o Installation of cabin lighting (LED)
  o Refurbishment of cockpit divider and cockpit door cabin side and lavatory
  o Refurbishment of galley and headliners
  o Refurbishment of overhead bins and lower valance close out
  o Refurbishment of cabin of OEM window panels and window shades
  o Refurbishment of main door panels
  o Refurbishment of service door panels
  o Refurbishment of carpet
  o Refurbishment of FWD cabin dividers, AFT cabin divider, LAV sink bowl, 30 meal trays in hydro dipping
  o Replace lon coin in entry and galley
• Modifications
• Exterior refurbishment (paint)
• Stripped, sanded, coated, primed, and painted with a topcoat
